1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Live Call Support website, support phone line, and related services (collectively, the “Services”) operated by Scarborough Professional Services LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
By visiting our website, calling our support line, or otherwise using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.
2. About Our Service
Live Call Support provides independent customer support guidance by phone for T-Mobile customers seeking help with common service questions, including billing inquiries, SIM and activation guidance, plan comparisons, and account-related questions.
We are a private support service. Our specialists provide guidance, information, and assistance — they do not have direct access to your T-Mobile account and cannot make official changes to your account on your behalf.
3. Independence Disclosure
Live Call Support is not affiliated with, sponsored by, certified by, endorsed by, or connected to T-Mobile USA, Inc., Deutsche Telekom AG, or their subsidiaries. We are an independent third-party support service. T-Mobile is a registered trademark of Deutsche Telekom AG.
Calling our support line does not connect you to T-Mobile’s official customer service. For official T-Mobile support, please visit t-mobile.com or call 1-800-T-MOBILE.
4. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use our Services. By using our Services, you represent that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
5. Scope of Services
Our Services include:
- Phone-based guidance for billing-related questions
- Step-by-step walkthrough assistance for SIM and eSIM activation
- Plan comparison and account-related question support
- General information about wireless service options
Our Services do not include:
- Direct access to or modification of your T-Mobile account
- Issuance of credits, refunds, or service changes on your T-Mobile account
- Repair, replacement, or warranty service for devices
- Network configuration or repair services
- Any service that requires T-Mobile’s authorization or system access
For any service requiring direct account access or carrier authorization, you must contact T-Mobile directly.
6. Fees & Payments
It is free to call our support line. Standard call rates from your wireless carrier may apply.
Some specialized resolution services may carry a fee. All fees are disclosed clearly before any charge is made, and require your explicit consent. You will never be charged without first agreeing to the specific fee and service in question.
If you authorize a paid service, you agree to pay all applicable fees in U.S. dollars. Payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors. We do not store full credit card information on our systems.
7. Refunds
If you are not satisfied with a paid service you have purchased, you may request a refund within 30 days of the original purchase by contacting us at wilkinsonhugo563@gmail.com. Refund requests will be reviewed in good faith and processed within 10 business days of approval.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
8. User Conduct
When using our Services, you agree not to:
- Provide false, inaccurate, or misleading information
- Use our Services for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose
- Harass, threaten, or abuse our specialists or other users
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Resell, redistribute, or commercialize our Services without our written permission
- Use our Services in violation of any applicable law or regulation
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone violating these conduct standards.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, audio, video, and software, is the property of Scarborough Professional Services LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
The “T-Mobile” name and any related marks are trademarks of Deutsche Telekom AG, used here solely as descriptive references to identify the customers we assist. We claim no ownership or affiliation.
You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written consent.
10. Disclaimers
Our services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that:
- Our Services will meet your specific requirements
- Our Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
- The information provided through our Services will be accurate or reliable in all circumstances
- Any issue you contact us about will be fully resolved through our Services
Our specialists provide good-faith guidance based on publicly available information and industry best practices. They are not authorized representatives of T-Mobile and cannot guarantee outcomes that depend on T-Mobile’s policies, systems, or actions.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Scarborough Professional Services LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption, arising from or related to your use of our Services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of our Services shall not exceed the amount you have paid us, if any, in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or one hundred U.S. dollars ($100), whichever is greater.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Scarborough Professional Services LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from:
- Your use or misuse of our Services
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any law or the rights of any third party
- Any inaccurate or false information you provide to us
13. Dispute Resolution
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or our Services shall first be addressed through good-faith informal negotiation. Either party may initiate this process by sending written notice to the other.
If the dispute cannot be resolved through informal negotiation within 30 days, the parties agree to submit to binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. Arbitration shall take place in the state where Scarborough Professional Services LLC is registered.
Class action waiver: You and Scarborough Professional Services LLC agree that any arbitration shall be conducted on an individual basis and not as a class, consolidated, or representative action. You waive any right to participate in a class-action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
Notwithstanding the above, either party may bring an individual action in small-claims court for disputes within the court’s jurisdiction.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Scarborough Professional Services LLC is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
15. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to our Services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use our Services ceases immediately. Sections relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution shall survive termination.
16. Changes to Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be posted on our website with an updated “Last Updated” date. For material changes, we will provide reasonable notice (such as a notice on our website or email).
Your continued use of our Services after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
