Live Call Support is an independent customer support service operated by Scarborough Professional Services LLC, a private company based in Scarborough, Maine. We help T-Mobile customers across the United States resolve common service questions over the phone — billing inquiries, SIM and activation guidance, plan questions, and account-related help.
We started Live Call Support because phone support has gotten worse, not better. Hold times keep growing. Phone trees keep multiplying. Real conversations are harder to come by. Our team thought there should be a simpler way for people to get help when they need it.
We are not T-Mobile. Live Call Support is an independent third-party service. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by T-Mobile USA, Inc. We’re a private support service that helps T-Mobile customers — that’s it.
What we do
Our specialists answer the phone, listen to your situation, and walk you through what’s going on. We help with:
